Kate Angus

Research Associate - CENDEP

Profile

Kate Angus has worked in international development for 10 years, largely with CARE International in Australia and South East Asia. Prior to that, she worked in the environmental sector in Australia. Kate graduated from the CENDEP Masters programme in 2008 focusing on peace building and development organisations and since then has been engaging with UK based NGOs in the development of conflict sensitivity guidance to support their work in fragile and conflict affected contexts. She has supported the development of the new CENDEP online Post Graduate Certificate in Humanitarian Action and Conflict and is currently conducting research for CENDEP into the personal development support needs of the senior NGO staff within the aid sector.
