Jack Wates

Associate Lecturer
BA Design Tutor Unit E

Jack is an artist and designer specialising in working with light, materials and people to create spatial experiences. He has an MA in Architecture from the Royal College of Art and produces work in a variety of media from installation to film and performance.

In the past, Jack has worked for a number of award winning practices such as Speirs + Major, Mediomundo Arquitectos and Penoyre & Prasad where he has worked on high-profile architecture, masterplanning and lighting strategy & public realm projects. He has previously taught at the University of Brighton and Chelsea College of Arts.
