Angela Hatherell

Research Assistant - Place, Culture and Identity Group


Angela teaches undergraduate dissertation and on the IARD MA programme and is Research Assistant to the Place, Culture and Identity research group. She has worked in practice in London, Cheltenham and Manchester in both architecture and social research. She also worked for CABE, the government’s advisor on architecture and the built environment. While a student at Brookes she won a commendation in the RIBA President's Medals awards for her Diploma Major Study Who Do They Think We Are? Perceptions of Architects in Twenty First Century Britain.
