Keynote presentations included Lewis Sida, HERR lead author; Dylan Winder, Humanitarian Response and Preparedness Group, CHASE, DFID; and Graham Saunders, Head, Shelter and Settlements Department, IFRC.

Thematic presentations included Leadership (Jo da Silva, Arup International Development), Professionalisation (Charlie Mason, Save the Children UK and Lizzie Babister, Care International UK) and Innovation (Joseph Ashmore, Independent Consultant).

Afternoon break out discussion sessions discussed implications for practice, before final plenary discussions concluded the meeting.
