  1. Before your diploma what did you study and where?
  2. I studied Bachelor of Arts, Architecture at Oxford Brookes University from 2006 to 2009.

  3. What made you choose Brookes as a place to study?
  4. Brookes had a very good reputation, it ranked in the top 10 for Architecture, and Brookes was the best New University.

  5. What do you think of the course while you were here?
  6. The course is amazing, with a large variety of ways to study and learn, the staff help make the course an easy and enjoyable place to build upon knowledge and skills.

  7. What are the best bits of studying at Brookes?
  8. Brookes offers variety; in education, in learning, in facilities, the staff are willing to assist in this variety, continually encouraging new thoughts and new ideas.

  9. What advice do you have for others?
  10. I would suggest being open minded, to have faith in what you learn, read and are told; to take that knowledge and build upon these ideas to strengthen your own.

  11. After graduating from Brookes what were the next steps for your career and where are you working now?
  12. The next step is to continue onto the Masters of Architecture, to continue to make excellent contacts while studying and use these to begin my own career in Architecture.

    I work for myself as a freelance technician while studying with the support of staff, this helps me understand the ‘real’ world within the comfort of the University system until I finally graduate with a strong skill set strengthened by my time at Brookes.
